Our approach

The social work difference

Accredited social workers are allied health professionals who provide therapy supports focused on strengthening social participation, building emotional resilience, developing self-advocacy skills, and improving overall quality of life.

We work with the whole person

Social workers understand that a person’s wellbeing, independence and daily life are shaped by more than their disability alone. We look at the person within the context of their home, family, relationships, routines, community, culture, supports and the systems they interact with.
