Please do not use these forms to provide diagnoses, reports, NDIS numbers, plan documents, detailed health information or other sensitive personal information. If further information is needed, Respond will explain how it can be provided through an appropriate intake and consent process.

How website enquiries are handled

Enquiry details are transmitted through the website hosting service and sent through an email delivery service to Respond Therapeutic Services. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry submissions.

Respond currently uses Vercel for website hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process limited information necessary to operate the website and deliver the enquiry. Resend stores account data, email metadata and temporarily retained email content in the United States.

Retention and security

Website enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond to the enquiry, administer services, meet applicable professional or legal record-keeping requirements, or manage an active referral. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.

Respond uses technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information held. No internet or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is why sensitive documents and detailed clinical information should not be submitted through the general website forms.

Therapeutic and professional services

If you engage Respond Therapeutic Services for therapeutic, social work, consultancy or other professional services, additional personal and sensitive information may be collected where relevant. This information will be managed separately from general website enquiries and handled in accordance with applicable privacy, professional, consent and record-keeping requirements.
